Goetze’s Candy Company is a family-owned Baltimore confectionery maker founded in 1895, originally as the Baltimore Chewing Gum Company. The sixth-generation company is best known for Caramel Creams, introduced in 1918, and Cow Tales, introduced in 1984; it makes its candies in Baltimore with real dairy ingredients.
