Born from a home-roasting passion that began with a gifted espresso machine in 2012, Greater Things Roasters is a micro-batch specialty coffee roastery and café in West Coxsackie, New York. After completing professional roasting certification in 2019, the founders opened the café in 2020 and built its work around fresh, locally roasted coffee sourced through ethical supply relationships. Today, Brittany Coons and her team carry that mission into the Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and beyond.
