Hahn’s of Westminster is a family-owned Maryland meat processor crafting small-batch artisanal meats with recipes and smoking traditions traced back more than a century. Founded in Westminster in 1918 after the Myers family’s meat business began in 1896, the company still uses real hardwood smoking and time-honored methods for products such as hams and bacon. Today, Ed and Jessica Ladzinski lead the business alongside their daughter Amanda, carrying the family operation into its next generation.
Weaver's of WellsvilleSince Jacob Weaver began cutting meat on his Northern York County farm in 1889, Weaver’s of Wellsville has grown into a fifth-generation, family-owned maker of smoked meats and a food distributor. The Wellsville company still smokes its meats over open fires fueled by locally sourced logs, carrying its old-fashioned bologna and other family recipes from a local butcher shop to customers nationwide.
