The company says it is the first to innovate in the small-pet space in 40 years, designing products around pets rather than people and manufacturing in the United States and Mexico. Its Halo won Best in Show at SuperZoo in 2021, while the Roam received Best in Show honors at SuperZoo in 2023 and Global Pet Expo in 2024.
