SpinZone Global is a family-run maker and seller of handmade small-pet supplies, with products designed to be both functional and visually appealing for pets and their caregivers. The company’s range is shaped in part by customer requests, and it also features goods from other small-business vendors. Although sugar gliders appear frequently in its imagery, SpinZone Global says many of its products suit other pocket pets as well.
Happy HabitatsFounded by Ethan Haber after he wished he could walk his hamster, Happy Habitats creates toys and accessories for small animals, led by its Halo carrier and Roam exercise ball. Its Halo won Best in Show at SuperZoo in 2021, while the Roam received Best in Show honors at SuperZoo in 2023 and Global Pet Expo in 2024.
Penn-Plax, IncPenn-Plax makes pet products for retailers, drawing on a history that began in 1956 when the Goldman and Rosen families opened a Brooklyn pet shop. The family-owned company grew from hand-forming aquarium products in the shop’s back room into a three-generation business serving pet stores and pet owners with products across the pet market. Its in-house product development and private-label services extend that original shopkeeper’s perspective to retailers around the world.HAUPPAUGE, NY
