Founded by Noah Phillips, the son of a beekeeper, New York-based Honey Department makes raw honey for everyday use, slowly thickened into a smooth, buttery texture and packaged in squeezable aluminum tubes. Its signature Thick Honey is a single-source blend of wildflower and mesquite blossom honey from the highlands of Central Mexico, designed to move honey from the occasional jar to the kitchen counter, office drawer or bag.
