For more than 50 years, Baltimore-based Humanim has helped people facing disabilities and social or economic barriers build pathways to work, independence, and economic opportunity. The nonprofit serves more than 3,000 people each year with a staff of over 400, combining person-centered human services and workforce programs with social enterprises such as City Seeds and Details Deconstruction. Its developmental-disability services have held top accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities since 1994.
