Founded in 1979 as JEB Fabricating, Integrated Fabrication & Machine now produces precision-fabricated and machined components for power transformers and other demanding industrial applications. Brent and Diane Ward acquired the business in 2000, and it has grown into a 74,000-square-foot precision fabrication and finishing plant with particular experience in specialty metals and custom transformer work. Integrated was honored with Hitachi Energy’s 2022 Quality Excellence Award and supplies five of the company’s North American facilities.

R.E. Uptegraff Manufacturing CompanySince 1925, Scottdale’s privately owned R.E. Uptegraff Manufacturing Company has built conventional and specially engineered transformers for industrial and utility customers, from 10 to 15,000 kVA. The company remains a custom engineered-to-order shop, pairing its 42-employee operation and 70,000-square-foot Pennsylvania facility with repair and refurbishment work on transformers of any make.
