About

Founded in 2003 by Keith Masser, Keystone Potato Products turns potatoes from more than 40 Mid-Atlantic growers into fresh-cut and dehydrated products at its 80,000-square-foot Hegins, Pennsylvania, processing and packaging facility. Its location near Interstate 81 supports quick East Coast delivery, while on-site testing and locally sourced potatoes help keep products fresh. Keystone also received Food Processing magazine’s 2024 Green Plant of the Year award for practices including reclaimed water use, methane-powered operations and repurposing potato by-products as cattle feed.
