Founded in 1969 by Wayne Marcho and his wife, Martha “Marty” Derstein, Marcho Farms raises and supplies veal and lamb from its Pennsylvania base. The family business works with more than 100 Amish family farms, pairing rural livestock care with processing and farm-to-plate delivery across the United States. Today, the second generation carries on the Marcho family’s emphasis on humane animal care and ethical farming.
