Founded by Russ McCall in 2007, McCall Wines farms vineyards and produces estate-grown wines on Long Island’s North Fork in Cutchogue. Its Corchaug Estate borders the Fort Corchaug archaeological site and Down’s Woods preserve, while the family’s sustainable farming includes a wind turbine and organic, grass-fed Charolais cattle. McCall’s wines are made from low-yield vineyard fruit, with Pinot Noir a defining early focus.
