From a Dayton basement job shop to an international shooting-sports brand, MTM Case-Gard makes molded cases, ammunition storage and related accessories for hunters and range users. Founded in 1968, the family-owned company still manufactures its products in Dayton, where six of founder Bill Minneman’s children work full-time alongside a 75-member team. MTM says its 325-plus accessories are developed around problems its employees and customers encounter, and its products now reach 108 countries.
