Nat’s Nuts began with Nat Harrington roasting the first bags in his college dorm room in 2015 and now makes hand-roasted nuts in small batches from Rochester, New York. What started as a fundraiser for a Guatemala mission trip grew from farmers-market sales into a wholesale business with more than 3,000 accounts across all 50 states and several countries, while keeping its small-batch approach. The company emphasizes traceable sourcing and works with growers and suppliers connected to farming communities around the world.
