Founded in Cumberland, Maryland, in 1937 to solve a fiber manufacturer’s small-hole problem, National Jet Company now makes micro-hole components and precision-machined parts for applications where flow and accuracy matter. The family-owned company, purchased by Sam and Pam Griffith in 1992 and passed to Sam Jr. in 2020, drills holes as small as 0.0005 inch and builds many of its own drilling machines and tooling.
