Founded by Paul and Cynthia O’Mara in 1976, O’Mara Farms is a second-generation family farm in Canastota producing pasture-raised Black Angus beef from cattle finished on the farm’s non-GMO barley. Roseda Black Angus FarmWhat began as Ed and Rosemary Burchell’s retirement farm in Monkton in 1986 became Roseda Black Angus Farm in 1996, raising local Black Angus cattle and producing all-natural, dry-aged beef.
