Founded by architects Sofia and Adam Zimmerman, OTTRA grew from a side project of their firm, Zimmerman Workshop, into an award-winning Brooklyn furniture studio. Since 2017, the Red Hook shop has made its work to order, collaborating with clients to refine each piece while supporting local suppliers and the neighborhood’s community of artisans. OTTRA received a 2021 NYCxDESIGN Award for Best Staircase.
