Born from a Catskills roadside café in 2017, Outsiders Kitchen makes small-batch gourmet pretzel bites by hand-coating hearty sourdough pretzels with unexpected sweet-and-salty flavors. After producing in a cozy Margaretville commercial kitchen, the woman-owned company brought production back to its Catskills home in January 2025, where its team now makes each batch in a full-scale kitchen.
