Stored Energy Systems (SENS)Founded in 1971 by battery-industry veteran Herb Kaewert, Stored Energy Systems (SENS) designs and manufactures DC power and engine-starting systems for mission-critical infrastructure. The Colorado-based company now makes its equipment in U.S. facilities spanning more than 130,000 square feet, using worst-case design and factory testing for applications where downtime is not an option. SENS has maintained ISO 9001 certification since 1996 and says its systems support more than 75% of North American critical-power gensets above 500 kW.334519HATFIELD, PA
