From Stevenson, Maryland, Plum Blossom Kimono turns vintage Japanese kimono fabrics into one-of-a-kind scarves sewn in the USA, while also offering haori jackets, obi pillows and vintage handbags. Its collection pairs carefully described Japanese textiles—including chirimen silk and hand-stitched haori—with small fabric goods such as lavender sachets and textile cards.
FRET FabricsFounded in 2010 by artist and woven technical designer Julie Kaminska, Fret Fabrics is a Long Island luxury design house creating fabrics for professional interiors and restoring historic textiles, wallpapers, and trims.
