Founded in 2003 by French winemaker Frédéric Bouché, Ports of New York is a small artisanal urban winery in Ithaca producing Finger Lakes wines, including its specialty Meleau wines. A scion of Maison Bouché, the Normandy winery established by his family in 1919, Bouché continues family winemaking techniques while using grapes grown entirely in the Finger Lakes AVA. The winery also houses artifacts from Maison Bouché and offers tastings and tours.
