Rad Power Bikes grew from Mike Radenbaugh’s teenage garage-built electric bicycle into a Seattle-based maker of electric bikes for commuting, cargo hauling, recreation, and everyday transportation. Founded in 2005, the company helped popularize direct-to-consumer ebikes and now serves a community of more than 680,000 riders, with local retail and service partners supporting customers nationwide. Its early RadRover fat-tire bike and family-oriented RadWagon cargo bike remain central to a product line designed to make car-replacing trips practical and accessible.
