Scratch Bakeshop is a Rochester boutique bakery creating made-from-scratch cakes, pastries and custom sweets for everyday treats and major celebrations. Molly Hartley and Kate Cassels formed the business partnership in 2013 after working together at a local bakery, bringing culinary and design experience to hand-crafted wedding and special-event desserts. The bakeshop also develops allergen-aware offerings, including vegan and gluten-free options, and hosts private cake-decorating classes for groups of up to 14.

  Dice's Creative CakesSince 1990, Dice’s Creative Cakes has baked and decorated custom wedding and celebration cakes in Boyertown, along with fresh pastries and dessert trays.
