Skally's Old World Bakery is a family-owned Cincinnati bakery that makes pita bread and bagels. Founded in 1977 after the Skally family sought to bring traditionally baked pita to Cincinnati, the bakery expanded its facility to 75,000 square feet by 1995. It combines traditional baking methods with modern production equipment.
