Since 2007, family-owned and founder-run Stony Brook WholeHeartedFoods has made US-grown seed snacks, culinary oils, and seed powders in its own Geneva, New York production kitchen. Working with Finger Lakes farmers, the company roasts seeds in small batches and expeller-presses the same harvest into fresh, single-ingredient oils, while milling the remaining presscake into powders. Its strictly domestic sourcing and in-house, small-batch production set it apart from the imported pumpkin-seed products common in the US market.
