Built on a restored Hudson Valley farm, Stoutridge makes natural wines and small-batch spirits from New York ingredients, handling the work from fruit or grain to glass on-site. Founded by Steve Osborn and Kim Wagner in 2000, the Marlboro winery opened in 2006 and its distillery followed in 2017. Stoutridge is one of only eight U.S. distilleries that malts its own grain and the only one the company identifies as having a traditional Scottish-style kilning floor.

Arrowood FarmsWhat began as a hops farm is now Arrowood Farms, an independently owned Hudson Valley farm brewery and distillery making beer and spirits on its 48-acre Accord property. The brewery uses 100% New York State ingredients, including crops from partner farms and produce grown on site, while the distillery works with Hudson Valley grains and spring water from the farm.
