Family-owned Swavelle Group traces its roots to 1966, when Fred Thomases began selling Moire fabrics, and remains a multigenerational textile company under Thomases family leadership. With more than 50 years in the industry, the group designs and manufactures textiles for commercial and residential interiors, including performance fabrics made at its New Jersey mill. Its environmental focus is unusually tangible: Bella Dura uses a fiber that starts as a by-product and ends as a fully recyclable product.
