TARVYN is developing tethered aerial systems built around an enclosed-impeller architecture, keeping high-speed rotating components inside the airframe rather than exposed. The early-stage company has demonstrated controlled lift through more than 200 functional tests and 30-plus design iterations, and is now working toward a stabilized tethered platform for public-safety and critical-infrastructure operations. Its intended first configuration combines aerial lighting and observation with persistent power and a defined operating boundary.
