Jasmine Clouser, a UCLA-trained designer, founded The Couture Cakery from a lifelong interest in art and baking and now runs the boutique studio in her Orange County hometown. After building a successful bakery business in Central Pennsylvania for a decade, she returned to California and became known for meticulous, custom work shaped by advanced sugar-flower training with Ron Ben Israel. The Couture Cakery creates made-to-order cakes and cupcakes for weddings and special events, using Swiss meringue buttercreams made without artificial ingredients, powdered sugar, or shortening.

• Flour & Sugar CakeryInspired by her grandmother’s holiday baking lessons, Cranberry Township native Andrea Lutz runs Flour & Sugar Cakery in Seven Fields, making custom cakes and small-batch treats from scratch.
