Named for their great-great-grandmother Kate Pearl Loose, Becky and Jessica run English-style tearooms in Westminster and historic Sykesville, serving leisurely afternoon tea with freshly prepared food and fine loose-leaf teas. The Westminster tearoom occupies the historic William Winchester House, where four individually styled rooms and an upstairs gift shop make the experience as much about gathering and connection as dining.
