Since Joseph Walker opened a bakery in Aberlour in 1898, Walker’s has remained a family-run Scottish baker known for all-butter shortbread made from a simple four-ingredient recipe. The company’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren continue that tradition from Speyside, where its products are baked in small batches and shipped around the world. Walker’s also holds a Royal Warrant as an official supplier of shortbread and oatcakes to the Royal Household.
