It is New York State’s largest fuel ethanol producer and the state’s only large-scale ethanol facility, producing more than 60 million gallons annually. New York Craft MaltA sixth-generation western New York farm became the home of New York Craft Malt when fourth-generation farmer Ted Hawley founded the malthouse in 2012.
