Founded in New York’s Lower East Side in 1937 to serve the area’s kosher community, World Cheese Company manufactures kosher cheese under its Haolam and Migdal brands. Now a fourth-generation family business, it has grown from a limited local selection into a broad cheese operation with sales around the world. Haolam cheeses are Cholov Yisroel, while Migdal cheeses are certified kosher as non-Cholov Yisroel.
