Inherited by Liborio De Rinaldis in 2001 after fifty years of family work, Azienda Vitivinicola Tenuta Tre Cancelli grows and makes red and white wines on the volcanic slopes of the Ceriti Mountains near Cerveteri. Its vineyards sit between the Cerveteri necropolis and the ancient port of Pyrgi, giving the estate’s wines a distinctly Etruscan and Mediterranean sense of place. The winery’s Lituo received the Calix Aureus in 2002, 2004 and 2007, alongside other diplomas of merit for its labels.
