For more than 50 years, privately owned Bakery Express has produced fried and baked goods for grocery, convenience-store, food-service, and retail customers. With three bakeries in Baltimore, Orlando, and Dallas and another planned for Covington, Kentucky, the company combines wholesale and co-manufacturing work with a Baltimore-area café and custom cake shop.
