Born from two New York City co-workers’ recreational winemaking, Brooklyn Winery is an urban winery in Williamsburg producing small-batch wines from grapes sourced through partnerships with vineyards across the United States. Winemaker Conor McCormack combines traditional winemaking methods with a modern perspective, while the working winery also serves as a tasting room and event venue. Its sustainability work includes composting all grape-production waste and donating more than 20,000 pounds of surplus food since 2018.
