Fairy Cakes Bakeshop is a Buffalo from-scratch bakery making fresh, house-baked and hand-decorated cakes, cupcakes and desserts for everyday treats and celebrations. It began as a catering business in 2007, opened its Parkside storefront as Fairy Cakes Cupcakery in 2011, and has since become known for custom cakes, cookies and distinctive dessert-table displays. The business changed hands from founders Kelly Audette and Maureen Torpey to longtime employee Nicolle at the end of 2024, while much of the original team remains in place.
