Founded in 1991 by Robert F. Cordova, Finger Food Products invented the Original Pizza Logs®—a convenient snack made by wrapping pizza fillings in a crisp wonton wrapper. The family business now operates from a modern Sanborn, New York, food-manufacturing facility and has expanded its log format into breakfast and dessert offerings. Original Pizza Logs® has been the Official Finger Food of the Buffalo Bills since 2014, while the facility operates under HACCP and holds SQF certification with FDA and USDA inspection.
