For more than 25 years, Humble Hill Farm has been a small-scale Finger Lakes grower known at the Ithaca Farmers Market for produce with uncommon varieties and remarkable flavor. The farm works less than a few acres using chemical-free methods, building soil with compost and cover crops while selling its harvest directly to customers. In 2022, Humble Hill added sun-grown cannabis, extending its soil-focused approach to a new crop sold through licensed New York dispensaries.
