Founded in 1948 in Damville, Normandy, Manufacture CLUIZEL makes chocolate from bean to bar, bringing together the work of the cacaofèvier, confiseur and chocolatier. The family business works directly with cacao growers across three continents and is known for its single-plantation chocolates, creative gift boxes and pastry products. CLUIZEL has held France’s Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label since 2012 and remains under the stewardship of the third and fourth generations of the Cluizel family.
