Northern Cross Vineyard grows cold-hardy grapes in its Upper Hudson vineyard and turns them into handcrafted wines named for the estate-grown varieties at their heart. In Valley Falls, the vineyard pairs a relaxed seated tasting room with tours, picnics and rotating work by local artists, offering an easygoing way to experience the region’s emerging wine culture. The vineyard is also part of the Upper Hudson Wine Trail, a regional effort it helped advance through the creation of the local AVA.
