Founded in 2016 by former corporate worker Peter Stein, Peeko Oysters grows and delivers fresh oysters from Little Peconic Bay on Long Island’s North Fork. The New Suffolk farm connects tide to table through restaurant sales, home delivery, local pickup, and dockside experiences such as shucking lessons and farm tours. Peeko’s close ties to the North Fork and its focus on strengthening local food systems give the operation a distinctly place-based character.
