Born in a Lancaster County home kitchen, Pellman Foods has been baking cheesecakes and other desserts from scratch since Bill and Ruth Pellman founded the family business in 1973. Their sons Mike and Scott took over operations in 2000, preserving the homestyle recipes, careful ingredient selection, and hands-on baking that began with 100 cheesecakes a week. Today, the family-owned and operated company supplies desserts to restaurants, retailers, fundraisers, and special events.
