Since 1974, family-owned and operated Phillips Meats has turned locally raised Ohio livestock into custom-processed meats for farmers, restaurants, retailers, and institutions. Founded by Dean and Nancy Phillips, the Zanesville company has grown from a two-room operation into a federally inspected facility, while keeping processing, smoking, and custom cutting in-house. Its private-label capabilities and made-to-order cutting give wholesale customers a local partner for products tailored to their specifications.
