POP Mustards brings together Michael Januska of Old Brooklyn Mustards and James Beard Award-winning Iron Chef Michael Symon in a Cleveland food collaboration. Januska’s chef and artisanal cheese-making background shaped the brand’s whole-seed mustard recipes, which have earned recognition at the World-Wide Mustard Competition and through Good Food Awards.
