Since Carl Woeber began selling mustard door-to-door from his Springfield kitchen in 1905, Woeber Mustard Manufacturing Company has grown into a family-owned Ohio producer of mustards, horseradish products and related condiments. The company remains active across four generations and operates a 65,000-square-foot distribution center, with private-label production and foodservice packaging alongside its Woeber’s brands. Its oldest mustard recipe dates to the 1800s, while its horseradish business became one of the largest suppliers of fresh horseradish and horseradish sauce in the United States.
