Since 1932, Gold’s has been making the eye-watering prepared horseradish that began in the Gold family’s Brooklyn kitchen and quickly won over New York delis. Today, L&S Packing Co. carries that old-world style into foodservice and home kitchens nationwide, with Gold’s also producing mustards, soups and sauces. Its signature horseradish remains available in Orthodox Union-certified Kosher for Passover versions.
