R.A.W. Urban Winery & Hard Cidery is a small family-run Pocono Mountains producer of Napa-style wines and craft small-batch hard ciders, with an organic coffee bar in its Stroudsburg tasting room. Established in 2015 as the Poconos’ first urban micro-winery and hard cidery, the business grew from home winemaking begun in 1998 and draws on winemaker Matthew Domenick’s more than 28 years of experience and Italian family winemaking traditions. Its wines are vegan and gluten-free, and its ciders use Pennsylvania-grown apples alongside locally foraged ingredients.
Space Time Mead & Cider WorksBorn from a home winemaker’s post-corporate reset, Space Time Mead & Cider Works opened its Dunmore urban winery in 2018 to make honey wine, cider, maple wine and other wines from Pennsylvania-harvested ingredients. Founder Dan Schreffler began making mead and cider as a hobby in 2008, and the small winery has since earned national and international competition recognition.
