Seven Mountains Wine Cellars is a family-run Spring Mills winery founded by Scott and Mary Ann Bubb in 2008, producing more than 40 wines from dry reds and whites to Pennsylvania fruit wines. Scott’s winemaking began in 1976 with Concord grapes picked from his aunt’s backyard, and he now works alongside his son Nathan while other family members take part in the business. The winery is known for winning Pennsylvania Governor’s Cups for both grape and fruit wines, including its Vidal Ice Wine.
Mount Nittany Vineyard & WineryFounded in 1990 after Joe and Betty Carroll turned their Mount Nittany family farm into a winery, Mount Nittany Vineyard & Winery produces wine on a 60-acre central Pennsylvania estate. J&D Cellars Winery and VineyardWhat began with John and Dot’s weekend winery visits became a family-owned vineyard and small-batch winery on 16 acres in rural Eighty Four, Pennsylvania. John planted the vineyard in 2007 and the couple opened J&D Cellars in 2011, remaining directly involved from growing grapes and making wine to running tasting rooms and packing shipments.
