Snake Hill Farm has grown certified organic produce and raised organic beef in Geauga County, Ohio, since its first OEFFA certification in 1996. Its pasture-based operation also produces small-batch maple syrup from its managed woodlands, while composting, cover crops and a conservation easement support its goal of preserving the farm for future generations. Historic buildings on the property are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and the family has lived there for more than 100 years.
