Its market garden spans just one cultivated acre, where crops are raised without chemical pesticides or herbicides using organic principles and regenerative practices. The Curtis family has been making maple syrup here since 1934, boiling sap in a wood-fired evaporator for a distinctly hands-on Pennsylvania tradition.
